Production Sharing Contracts with the Multi National Companies were updated 20 years earlier and the contracts were having clauses that incur loss to the operating company.
Integrated pipelines which produces crude by other Multi National Companies were routed to the collection header and they were having old and absolute equipments and analysers. We introduced the lattest analysers to analyse the water content in the crude and using computer Assisted Operation to transmit the water content of the crude from individual headers of the companies letting their crude to the main header. Earlier only water without crude were led into the main header a as crude and the operating company has to pay for the water content as if they were crude.

The latest online water to crude analysers were installed at the strategic locations to find out the actual crude in the stream and transmitted using CAO – Computer Assisted Operation and sent to the producing company and to the operating company to ensure all the companies record are the same.
There were disturbance by the community which were aided and encouraged by the companies letting their crude not to test and calibrate the analysers and the issues were solved by installing remote sensing CAD – Computer Assisted Operations using the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Language with the aid of Natural Language Processing.
